  • We accept returns for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or supplied incorrectly, in accordance with your statutory rights.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you notice any damage, missing items or incorrect products, where possible. Reporting an issue after this period does not remove your statutory rights.
  • For eligible returns, items should be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, where reasonably possible. These conditions do not restrict your rights concerning faulty goods.
  • Certain products, including perishable items and unsealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.
  • For most eligible online purchases, customers have a 14-day cancellation period from receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days of processing. Statutory refund deadlines will always apply.
  • Lost or Missing Parcels: If your order is lost during delivery, we will investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights. Courier investigations may take additional time.
  • Customers may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns where this has been communicated before purchase. Where goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return costs as required by law.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products.
